If you will indulge me a slight deviation from the norm – and who are we kidding, you only come here because you embrace deviation – I would like to step out of the kitchen for a moment. I could use some fresh air and I’m sure you could as well… Care to join me on a quick stroll down memory lane? My friends, there are moments in life that lead one – nay, in fact command one – to wax reflective… And I think we can all agree that a day like today ranks foremost among those times.
I used to laugh at all those twitter “tweeps” and Facebook junkies… Glued to their glowing little screens – hours chasing days chasing weeks into oblivion, and for what? That is, of course, until those same tweeps led me straight back to my first true love, in cosmically poignant fashion…
